DANIEL'S ADVOCATE index - ACOLYTES - RED

This is Daniel Madison's personal ADVOCATE Pocket Index made from his Red Acolytes Playing Cards.  This ADVOCATE has been used in Madison's performances.  The box has taken a beating but taped up by Madison for further use.  This Advocate is missing a King of Hearts - which was kept by a participant following a performance, which is why and when Madison stopped using this index, so this one is just for the collectors!
