These are the one-of-a-kind LIONS DEN Playing Cards, created towards the end of The Malliance as a potential future deck, but eventually became the only one to ever be made.
This deck has been used by Madison over the past year, but is still a full and usable deck, however, as a Madison One entry, this deck is offered as a collector's item.
